Peyton, CO (Vocus) February 9, 2009

Finding a reliable credit repair company can be a trying task for many consumers. Most of them fall way short of cleaning up negative and derogatory items on the individual’s credit report but the consumer still has to pay for it. There is one company (http://www.PerfectCreditOnline.com) that is not a credit repair company, but a consumer advocacy firm that gives a $ 10,000 guarantee to remove negative and derogatory items on credit reports from all 3 credit reporting agencies.

With the increase in bad economic times many consumers find themselves with negative and derogatory items on their credit report. As a result there is a growing need for credit repair companies. Many consumers end up paying one of these companies a large fee and end up with very little satisfaction. There seems to be one company that is not a credit repair company, but a consumer advocacy firm (http://www.PerfectCreditOnline.com) that is having close to 100% effectiveness in removing negative items from individual’s credit reports.

The difference is in the approach. Credit repair agencies only write dispute letters, which seldom have any effect and is something the consumer can do themselves for free. Perfect Credit Online has proprietary information that lets them remove your negative and derogatory items permanently from all 3 credit reporting agencies. They are the only firm of its kind in the U.S.

Persons interested in learning how they can restore their credit of derogatory items can get more information at the company’s website (http://www.PerfectCreditOnline.com). Unlike credit repair companies that all they do is send dispute letters and seldom have any effect, National Credit Associates, Inc. is a consumer advocacy firm that uses 100% proven methods and proprietary systems to have negative and or derogatory items on an individual’s credit report removed from all 3 of the credit reporting agency’s records permanently. National Credit Associates, Inc. is the only firm that backs it service with a $ 10,000 guarantee.

Credit Monitoring Services: A Key Element in Managing Your Debt

Credit Monitoring Services

Delray Beach, FL (PRWEB) August 5, 2010

NationalCreditReport.com, a leader in credit report, credit score and credit monitoring services, reminds consumers that a credit monitoring service can be used as a resource to help individuals manage and evaluate the current and future status of their debt. Additionally, consumers can ensure that the changes they make to their accounts take place.

“Your credit report is a reflection of your financial standing as lenders see it,” stated Samuel S. Ambrose, Vice President of Marketing and Operations for NationalCreditReport.com. “Your credit report shows information that the 3 major credit bureaus (Experian™, Equifax™, and TransUnion™) collect about your credit card accounts, money borrowed, ascribed applications and debt repayment history. Lenders check a credit report when determining whether to grant someone a line of credit or a loan.”

According to Ambrose, a credit report is a great way to get a bird’s-eye-view of what one’s finances look care since the 3 major credit bureaus report on such a wide variety of financial information. Consumers should check their credit report to get the ball rolling when striving to manage their debt. This will help place areas that can be improved and keep consumers informed about the status of their debt.

“A credit monitoring service is a great tool for individuals working on managing their debt and raising their credit score,” said Ambrose. “When the consumer makes proactive moves like refinancing or applying for new or better loans, those changes are reported in their credit files and they are alerted to these changes via e-mail. Since the service continuously checks their credit report for them, it’s an excellent way for consumers to know when changes are reflected in their credit report. The e-mails also give the individual an idea of when they may see their scores start to increase.”

Credit Report Australia

Credit reports are proof of your personal profile, credit history, public record information financial reliability and stability. Credit reportscontain information about your credit card accounts, loans, charge accounts, and items of public record such as bankruptcies, tax liens, and court judgments.

Your credit reports are maintained by credit reporting agencies, also known as credit bureaus and provided to lenders, employers, insurance companies, landlords and other companies who have a legitimate need for this information, based on the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The Fair Credit Reporting Act is the federal law that governs credit bureaus.

Generally a credit report contains various important factors which are mentioned below:

Personal Profile: includes basic information such as your full name, current and previous addresses and employers, social security number, and date of birth.

Credit History: includes current active, past closed accounts and their balances or arrears, real estate mortgages, credit cards, car loans or medical bills.

Public Records: includes reports obtained from local, state and federal court which indicates records of bankruptcies, tax liens and monetary judgments.

Inquiry Section: This section reveals any parties that have obtained a copy of your credit report over the last two years.

Credit Score: calculating an individual’s credit risk to determine his capability to pay back the loan.

Disputes: if any error is there in report you can contact to credit bureau.

The purpose of the commercial credit report in Australia is to share information and to determine the corporate backgrounds, shareholders, financial data, operations and mercantile backgrounds including any adverse data that may impact on the subject receiving credit facilities.

These reports are provided globally as per the requirement of credit grantors and are extremely beneficial in learning more about the potential customer, and determining of credit will be granted and if so, how much.

Credit reports also help in assessing the risk of dealing with a particular client. You can obtain a credit report at a nominal fee or free of cost but it varies country to country.

The question is often asked as to whether everyone can obtain access to credit reports, and in the case of commercial reports (those on companies and businesses) the answer is yes, however in the case of individuals a legitimate business motive should be there, and will only be provided to credit grantors, employers or prospective employers, landlords, and insurance underwriters.

The subjects of individual reports (often referred to as consumer reports) are also protected under the Federal Privacy Act, and can request a copy if their own credit report from a bureau, and may dispute any inaccurate information and have their record amended.

Once a person learns to read and understand a credit report, they are moving towards a more secure financial future, knowing what is out in the marketplace about them, and also using credit reports themselves in any business dealings to avoid granting credit to those who are considered high risks.
